Many people talk about school equipment and what students must take in their bags, but equipment is just as important for teachers. Without the necessary equipment, a classroom may not be a suitable environment to teach, and while it’s important to have your own stamp, it’s more important to make sure the necessary equipment can be found. Each and every classroom, no matter what subject, should contain to following:

Classroom Writing Surface – there must always be a board and pens of some sort which allows teachers to present their knowledge and ideas to students.

Shelving – is vital, especially in terms of organisation, and they should be appropriately set out

Desk – This is an obvious one, and all teachers do require a desk, it also becomes a major part of their workspace.

Watch or a Clock – Keeping track of time is vital, even if there are bells rang hourly, and it’s probably a good idea for the teacher to have a watch while each classroom has a clock.

Computer – They are becoming more and more used, and many teachers will have laptops on their table rather than workbooks. The times are changing and it is important to keep up with the,

Basic Equipment – This includes everything from pens, crayons, highlighters, markers, stencils, staplers, hole punches, calculators, rulers and protractors.
