Making your CV targeted toward teaching jobs

A CV should ideally be targeted towards the job you want to gain and the jobs you are applying for. With that said, it is not always easy to do this and there are a few things you may need to know.

Firstly, any irrelevant information should be deleted, If you have had a large number of jobs, only include the relevant ones in detail. You can say which jobs you’ve had so there are no gaps on your CV, however, you should only talk about the skills you gained from the relevant positions such as a teaching assistant etc.

Your personal information or personal bio should be written showing your personality and your passion for teaching. It’s important that the information you write in this section is not superficial; it should really dig deep and touch on your ethics morals, goals and targets.
